This policy describes how Sierrafondo Vivienda S.A. collects, uses and protects the personal information you share when visiting sierrafondo.com or submitting a consultation through our forms.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Sierrafondo Vivienda S.A., tax ID (RUC) 1793104857001, registered address at Av. Amazonas N39-123 and Arízaga, Quito, Ecuador. You may contact us at consultas@sierrafondo.com for any matter related to this policy.
2. Data we collect
When you submit the form we collect: name, email and message content. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect: IP address, device type, browser, language, pages visited and time on site.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the data only to: (a) respond to inquiries related to the housing participation program; (b) send information about available projects when the user requests it; (c) fulfill legal obligations applicable in Ecuador; (d) measure site usage in aggregated form if the user provides consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form and, where applicable, on Ecuador's Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP, Official Registry 459 of 2021) and its 2023 Regulation.
5. With whom we share data
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with: (a) technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements (email, hosting, aggregated analytics); (b) authorities when required by Ecuadorian regulations. Google only receives consent signals and aggregated data if you accept the corresponding category.
6. Retention period
Form data is kept for the time needed to handle the inquiry and, unless you object, up to 24 months after the last contact. Cookie data is kept according to the lifetime stated in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete, object to, port, restrict processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to consultas@sierrafondo.com. If you believe we do not properly address your request, you may contact the Ecuadorian Superintendence for the Protection of Personal Data.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access, periodic backups and confidentiality agreements with providers. No method is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Minors
The site and the program are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect minors' data. If you detect improper processing, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the date of the last update at the top. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site.
